Terms of Service
Last updated: September 1, 2026
These terms govern your access to and use of HookFlow. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
1. Using the service
You may use HookFlow to receive, process and forward webhook events for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the endpoints you configure, for keeping your API keys and signing secrets confidential, and for all activity under your account.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use HookFlow to send unsolicited messages, to attack or probe third-party systems, to transmit malware, or to process data you do not have the right to process. We may suspend endpoints that generate abusive traffic after notifying you where practical.
3. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Usage above your plan's included events is billed in arrears at the published overage rate. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in an order form.
4. Availability and support
We aim for the uptime listed for your plan and publish incidents on our status page. Service credits under an SLA are your sole remedy for downtime. Support response times depend on your plan.
5. Liability and termination
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. You may cancel at any time; we may terminate for material breach after 30 days' notice and an opportunity to cure.
